Domino Server 6.5 Linux - RedHat

Inspite of some odd documentation, I managed to get PHP running as a cgi under 6.5 on linux. We ran it under 5.x for a long time with no problem.

My problem is that in 6.5, Domino will randomly set the HTTP Header Content-Type to "text/plain", rather than "text/html". IE ignores this, but Mozilla displays the resulting page as plain text.

I have tried editing the httd.cnf, setting the Content-Type in php, and renaming the scripts to end in html. None of these make Domino consistenly set the Content-Type correctly. I can sit there and click reload and most of the time it works correctly, but 10 - 30 percent of the time it does not .

Anyone have any insights? How does one open a bug report with Lotus?
